Welcome to NJoy Essentials
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ask that international orders are emailed directly to firstname.lastname@example.org as our system is not set up to calculate shipping on all international destinations. Once your emailed order is received, you'll receive an invoice to complete your purchase.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For opened items, contact customer care regarding your return. You may be approved for an exchange or store credit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes Paypal and your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). You will be able to track our refund, exchange or store credit through your NJoy Essentials account.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refund Without Return Policy
If a refund is deemed necessary without the return of product(s), as in package lost in the mail, not yet shipped or as otherwise determined by NJoy Essentials, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different scent or version (as in sulfur to sulfur-free), please log into your NJoy Essentials account and intitiate a return, indicating your desired exchange product and it will be sent to you at our cost, hassle-free.
If you experience an allergic reaction due to the sulfur in our hair growth oil, please stop using it and allow us to replace is with our sulfur-free version. It is not advisable to continue if there are signs of an allergic reaction. You may contact us directly if you have any questions regarding this.
