We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ask that international orders are emailed directly to email@example.com as our system is not set up to calculate shipping on all international destinations. Once your emailed order is received, you'll receive an invoice to complete your purchase.
- Orders are usually processed within 3 business days of receipt of payment and are shipped within the continential US via Priority Mail or First Class, based on your selection. Please be aware that processing times may be impacted during sales, after blogger reviews or with other increase in order volume. During these times, there may be an extra 1-3 business days added to fulfillment time and Priority Mail postage orders may include priority processing. Prices quoted are purely the prices charged by the USPS. Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States may incur duties and taxes charged by receiving country. It is calculated by weight of the package AND ship to location (Zone).
Please note: Once an order ships, you will receive two emails. The first will be a status update, marking your order as "shipped" in our system. The second will contain your tracking link. This is sent out in bulk along with every order shipped at that time. Because of the "bulk" component, some email programs will deem this spam. So, if you haven't received your tracking number, please check your junk email inbox. It's likely there.
*FREE SHIPPING applies to orders with a ship to address within the Continental United States. However, we do apply a shipping discount to invoices for international orders based on destination and package weight. You will have an opportunity to review the discounted shipping amount to determine if you would like to complete your purchase.
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For opened items, contact customer care regarding your return. You may be approved for an exchange or store credit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes Paypal and your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). For your convenience, you will be able to track our refund, exchange or store credit through your NJoy Essentials account.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Refund Without Return Policy
If a refund is deemed necessary without the return of product(s), as in package has been verified by the Post Office as lost or destroyed, not yet shipped or as otherwise determined by NJoy Essentials, your refund will be processed within 2 business days.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different scent or version (as in sulfur to sulfur-free), please log into your NJoy Essentials account and initiate a return, indicating your desired exchange product and it will be sent to you upon return of the original product, hassle-free.
If you experience an allergic reaction due to the sulfur in our hair growth oil, please stop using it and allow us to replace is with our sulfur-free version. It is not advisable to continue if there are signs of an allergic reaction. You may contact us directly if you have any questions regarding this.
